She targeted poor families, single mothers, and newborns from hospitals, using political connections and bribery to alter birth records.

Clinic mgmt should be fired, front desk unprofessional, puts you on hold for 15 mins to tire you out purposely....and it's a pure reflection on how the clinic managers don't care ehich id thrn shown in their staff....

Avoid this place at all costs. These are students and Shah was the dentist he did a filling so badly that now I have to go to a specialist and may need a root canal. Avoid avoid avoid

A very bad experience. The front desk staff is horrible. They gave me an appointment, then cancelled it; they gave me another appointment--for which I requested time off from work--and then I received a text message confirming it. I called to verify, and in a completely unprofessional manner, they told me that no appointment was scheduled. They offered no apologies; in fact, they got angry simply because I asked what had happened, and they made absolutely no effort to apologize or reschedule. I spoke with the supposed manager or coordinator, but she was arrogant and resolved nothing. These people are a disgrace; they tarnish the reputation of Hackensack Hospital.
