  Es muy buena la atencion, vivo en paterson y la atencion en motor y vehiculo es muy mala desde que llegas a la puerta nadie te orienta solo te hablan en ingles y no quieren hablar espanol, pero el NJ MVC de Lodi , muy buena atencion

  Hoy mi experiencia fue triste, por el trato recibido en el area de examen teorico, el empleado hombre que esta en la entrada fue poco cordial y sin paciencia, cuando me pregunto sobre mi hora de cita , de acuerdo al trato recibido me puse nerviosa y me entorpeci para responder lo que el me preguntaba :(

  The intermediate step between checking in, getting my form, and taking the photo was handled with unbelievable unfriendliness. The previous person left the window, so thinking it was available, I walked toward it. Instead of saying anything, she rudely told me to go back, while someone behind me went to an open window next to it. She then walked out of her booth, confronted me, and demanded if I didn't see the sign, telling me to wait until called. Since the previous person had left, I naturally thought I was supposed to step up. If she was busy, she could have simply asked me to wait or directed me elsewhere. Instead, she chose to push me back and push everyone else behind me. To top it all off, she actually had the nerve to say 'stop supermacketing' to me. Everyone waiting behind me was shaking their heads in disbelief at her attitude. Fortunately, a kind elderly woman came up and told me, 'You are great,' which warmed my heart.   I do not know why there are so many bad reviews, the staff was very helpful. Even in absence of physical print of bank statement, they verified it by showing on phone. Also if there was a mistake in form, they were patient enough to hand out a new form to fill it over again.
