Very disappointed with my recent experience. I have ordered the same pizza from this location several times, and the price has always been around $14.91. Today, after noticing that the location is now locally operated/under new ownership, I ordered the exact same pizza and was charged $17.90.<br><br>When I asked about the significant price increase, I was simply told that "prices went up." I understand that prices can increase, but a nearly $3 increase for the exact same order is a big difference, especially when the change appears to have happened around the ownership change.<br><br>I expected better communication and transparency. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be ordering from this location again.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Papa John's in Teaneck, NJ.<br><br>The most serious issue from today's order was finding a piece of meat in a pizza that was ordered as vegetarian (pineapple and black olives). This is completely unacceptable and very concerning. Because of this, we had to throw the entire order away.<br><br>On top of that, the pizza was not cut properly even after I clearly asked for a clean cut and reminded the staff multiple times while in the store. The handling of the order overall felt careless and not up to basic standards.<br><br>I've had similar issues in the past with this location, but nothing has improved despite repeated feedback.<br><br>I will not be returning to this store again.

Found this place through a neighbor when we needed pizza for a work project before listing the house. Everything was handled smoothly and on schedule, which made things easier during a busy time.
