  I am an Asian with permed wavy hair. I went in for a hair cut which should include wash, cut and blow dry. I told the stylist I wanted a hair trim of about 2 inches. And he said fine and said I can also use some layers. So, that sounds fine. So, we proceeded. After the cut, the guy started blowdry the hair. I noticed he was blowing dry the hair straight, but thought that was the process, he will probably create some curves at the end. But it's not the case. He finished with my hair all blowed straight. I asked him where are my curves, and I didn't ask for a straight hair style. He then said it was a miscommunication. He asked me to wet the hair again and redo. So, I wet the hair, and expected to do a fresh blow dry and get some nice curves. Well, he didn't, he half dried my hair, and told me that's it. So, it essentially looks like I just took a shower at home and dried it myself quickly. Then, I noticed it's close to 6:30pm, which is the closing time of the store. That's probably why

  I was debating if I wanted to leave a negative review because although the staff was nice and the salon was well maintained and clean, this was probably the worst keratin treatment + cut I have ever gotten. I think they were not knowledgeable about the entire process, from beginning to end. To start off, prior to a keratin treatment, the hair needs to be washed extremely thoroughly or with a clarifying shampoo. I don't think my hair was washed for over 2 minutes and definitely did not feel clean. The cut was terrible - I felt so bad that I took scissors and cut it myself after 2 weeks. I could not look at it anymore. The keratin treatment itself - I have never been to a salon where they relied solely on the time on the machine and did not check the elasticity of my hair because everyone has different hair textures and thickness. They did not straight iron my hair in small sections and just straightened huge chunks of hair and curled???? it at the end. Because they did this, the keratin
