  I will NEVER shop here again. Dealing with Jimmy was an absolute nightmare. He lied to me multiple times throughout this entire process.<br>I ordered a sofa and it came completely wrong. The only reason I kept it is because I forced it to work with my decor otherwise it would've been another issue to deal with. Then my bed which I ordered back in October is just now arriving in MAY. Months of waiting, excuses, and constant runaround from Jimmy just for me to finally find out he never even had it ordered properly in the first place. Another store had to step in and order it and suddenly it was handled within a week. That tells you everything. On top of that Jimmy made completely inappropriate comments saying I didn't have to pay the remaining $400 "to make me happy because money makes people happy!!!"and even implied that if I had been more 'bitchy' I would've gotten my furniture faster. The audacity and unprofessionalism is unreal.This has been one of the worst customer service experie

  terrible service, if i could give him 0 stars i would. ordered a lot of furnitures from them and the guy said he was gonna ship it. When the furnitures arrived if was totally different colors , nothing was matching and the fabrics of some furnitures was wrong. After i called him to ask why the furnitures are different colors and materials he said thats what you order and didnt take responsibility for it. Why would i order furnitures for my house that are not matching?? Save yourself and never go to this store!!!

  Do NOT buy from this company. The bed frames are cheaply made and WILL break. When they do, don't expect any help--customer service is useless, and they won't fix the problem even if it's under warranty. Total waste of money and time.

  We have ordered bedroom closets and chase from Signature Furniture. We have already paid half of the order value in advance. We were promised to get delivery on Saturday between 11 and 3, but yet neither furniture gets delivered nor I got any phone response from store. I have called multiple times but they do not have any professionalism to deal with client. At this moment I won't give them any star. I don't have any faith that furniture will be delivered and I am not certain about getting my deposit back. Worst experience. I wouldn't suggest my friends or family to buy from this store ever.
