Visit on June 24th to fix a tire. I accidentally voided the warranty because I went to a place that put a plug on the tire. Fine - We decide to replace the single tire in questionas the other 3 are relatively new still. The single tire is not available. They order for later arrival. I return on August 7th at 9:15am for a 9:30am appointment. At 10:30am my car is not even inside the lifts. At 10:45am the dude ask me again which tire needs replacement. Turns out they replaced the wrong tire after stating several times "FRONT RIGHT" tire. I leave the place at 11:20am for what was supposed to be a single tire replacement with an appointment. There is no respect for time at this place. I'm very disappointed

BJ's Tire Center delivered excellent customer service while installing four new Michelin CC2's. The balancing feels perfect and the price saved me almost $200 versus the best prices I could find elsewhere. Another plus: The deal included free rotation every 7,000 miles. The installation was finished in 1 hour while I read a book in their waiting room.

I recently visited this tire center, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The level of professionalism and genuine care was evident from Dominick, he has the ability to put everyone at ease, regardless of how big or small their car troubles. I highly recommend this place
