Patricia Penrose is a consummate professional, and that professionalism permeats the entire organization. I utilized their tax preparation services for the first time this year, and will definitely be working with them again next year. Pricing was reasonable.<br><br>The team members were professionally friendly, extremely helpful, service was impeccable and responses were timely. When I requested a minor adjustment to my files while I was out of town, the team member responded promptly and rectified the information immediately, and I did not experience any gaps in services.<br><br>Congratulations for excellent service. I will definitely be back next year.
