    This agency is very responsive with personal real intelligence vs AI( absent intelligence). Patty was very helpful in a thorough analysis of my current needs and found a policy that was cost effective and appropriate. When ALLSTATE says put your needs in our hands, this agency and its representatives reflect those words. Thanks again and keep up the REAL good work, nothing artificial about their service. I use them for auto and home.

    Sent out a solicitation to my address with a photo of the front of the property from Google Maps and had my name wrong and the last name that was used made it apparently clear it was not by mistake. Blatant invasion of privacy.
