  Tengo 4 anos atendiendome con el Dr.Reneiro Rodriquez es el mejor Doctor que he tenido en toda mi vida, el es muy paciente, muy comprensivo, sabe quien soy, lo cual tiene que ser dificil para el recordar a cada uno de los pacientes, me imagino que es asi con todas las personas que atiende porque se nota que lo quieren mucho,ademas es super inteligente, me gusta mucho su atencion medica. Los jovenes que le ayudan en la oficina, tomando la presion ,enfermeras y enfermeros, etc etc.son especialmente atentos, carinosos, personalmente a mi me han ayudado escribiendo mucho papeleo cuando tuve disability, siempre atentos, carinosos y exelente trabajo, son un amor. Muchas gracias a todos por todo lo que han hecho por mi.Por supuesto recomiendo altamente, atenderse con Dr. Reineiro Rodriquez y su gran equipo.

  If you value your time and your peace of mind, I would recommend looking elsewhere for care. I called to ask why my lab results were taking so long, and the woman I spoke with, Maria, became irritated, repeatedly spoke over me, and was not helpful.<br>The office seems very disorganized. I'm not sure whether the issues stem from the doctor's practice or the way the office is managed, but my experience has been consistently frustrating. I waited nearly three weeks for my lab results, only to be told that it sometimes takes that long. Getting prescriptions filled has been just as difficult--I had to make multiple requests and even visit the office in person just to find out the status of a prescription.<br>Unfortunately, the lack of communication and organization has made every interaction more stressful than it should be. If you value timely follow-up, clear communication, and good customer service, this may not be the right office for you.

  I went to visit Doctor, he sent me to get an MRI. Got it done and never received a call from doctors office. I would have appreciated if the office called saying everything was fine or if they found something abnormal. Tried to call them numerous times but NO ANSWERRR!!! Its so frustrating!!!

  Literally it's impossible to contact this doctors office as of June 15, 2026. They don't answer the phone when you try to call them. I was taken to the OneMD unified line where they told me this has been an issue with the North Arlington branch since November. They don't respond back to messages on the OneMD website so I don't know how they expect you to reach them.<br><br>I have X-rays I did more then a week ago that I have been unable to get results for!
