  We worked with Alan when relocating to Connecticut and he turned what could have been a difficult and stressful process and turned it into a pleasure. He was a wealth of knowledge and a true resource while moving through each step of the process. Alan was not just a professional, he was a true consultant for us and someone we looked forward to spending time with and would lift our spirits when things did not always go as planned during a tough real estate market for buyers in 2022. We ended up in a fantastic house that we are making a home thanks to Alan, and if we sell/buy again in the area we will absolutely be working with him again! THANK YOU ALAN!

  Alan was a fantastic agent when we were looking to buy a home. He's very experienced and well connected in the industry. We really appreciated Alan's meticulous organization, promptness, and attention to detail: he followed up quickly to every question and seemed to always anticipate where our concerns would be.<br><br>But what we enjoyed most about working with Alan was his good nature and genuine honesty. He provided us with information and resources in a clear and direct way. Whenever we sought his advice and recommendations, he was extremely straight with us. Purchasing a home can be stressful, but having Alan's trustworthy and reassuring presence made the process much easier.

  Alan is not only knowledgeable and kind, but he is realistic about the market, genuinely excited about his field and hears your wishes/requests. We have had such a great experience with Alan, that we have sent friends to him time and time again. Truly a force in his industry.

  Alan took the ordinarily complex and stressful process of selling a home and made it as streamlined and painless as possible. He was very in tune with the process, able to take initiative and relay everything to me to where it felt like we were a team, rather than being overbearing as some previous realtors have been in my experience.<br><br>The planning and professionalism of himself and those he works with was always on display. The attention to detail with the listing and especially the artful and effective approach to photography was a breath of fresh air and made the listing shine brighter than I'd have expected.<br><br>He was always thoughtful and sharp witted, mixing equal parts logical thinking with an artful touch, as well as compassion and a clear passion for his work. Approaching the process with tact and always looking for the best outcome for his client, I could tell that Alan was on my side, and that was certainly reassuring. I feel fortunate to have worked with him!

  Alan helped me list my parents' home for sale. He provided very thoughtful guidance about what improvements to make and what not to make. He recommended contractors and helped with scheduling and providing access to the house. He did an excellent job marketing the home and advising us on how to price it and how to respond to offers. My parents and I were very happy with the outcome--and Alan helped make it a very smooth process. I recommend Alan without reservation or hesitation. You won't be disappointed.
