  <br><br>Very rarely am I blown away by a dining experience of this caliber. Usually, it feels like something is missing--the portions aren't enough, the service falls short, or the food simply doesn't live up to the hype.<br><br>Butterfish exceeded our expectations in every way.<br><br>They've managed to take fine dining and make it feel effortless, welcoming, and genuinely fun. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance, culture, and overall vibe were incredible.<br><br>The staff truly made the night, especially Jojo and both Ryans! Every request was met with a smile, nothing ever felt like a problem, and their attention to detail turned what could have been an ordinary Saturday night into a memorable experience.<br><br>The food was exceptional.   Had an absolutely amazing dining experience. From start to finish, Jojo gave us the best service and attention. The food was not only delicious, but of the highest quality. Ryan was our waitress and she was so sweet and attentive. All of the servers who attended to us were kind and detailed in their explanations of the dishes. It was truly a night to remember and now one of my favorite spots. Highly recommend!!!!

  absolutely incredible experience at Bluefish in Rutherford. We went with the Premium Omakase experience and it exceeded every expectation. The food was amazing from start to finish, and every course felt thoughtfully prepared and presented.<br>Jenna took amazing care of us and made the entire experience even better. She was attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night.<br>I also have to give credit to the person who brought out and explained the food. They knew every detail about each course without any hesitation and described everything so perfectly that it really made the omakase feel like an experience rather than just a meal. You could tell they genuinely knew and understood what they were serving.<br>Overall, an amazing experience with incredible food and even better service. I would absolutely recommend the Premium Omakase to anyone looking for a special night out. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I've had.
