I am writing this review right after checking out. I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.<br><br>The room did not meet the cleanliness standards I would expect from a hilton brand hotel. There was a strong moldy/musty smell in the room, and the bathroom had visible mold or mildew around the shower fixtures. We also found dust and several hairs that had clearly been missed during cleaning.<br><br>Even more concerning, we found a large bug in the room, which made us very uncomfortable and raised additional concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property.<br><br>The bathroom also had an issue with the hot water. It took about five minutes of running the water before it became hot, which is unacceptable and wastes a significant amount of water.<br><br>Another major issue was the heater. Whenever the heater kicked on, it gave off a strong burnt smell, similar to an overheating hair dryer. The smell was so unp

I love it .... the front desk Sophie was super friendly and helpfully.... The only thing i dont like it was the pool the water was coold. But the breakfast was deliciuos.

If you want to be 5 miles from Manhattan and don't want to pay New York City hotel fees and want easy on, easy off I-95; then Hilton Garden Inn Ridgefield, NJ is a solid win! Helpful staff, free parking in a well lit lot and comfortable bedding made my stay so much easier....
