  I have a broken water heater. He said he has inventory and can get it replaced next day. He came out and left without letting me know what is going on. I texted him, and called but no response. finanlly I was able to connect him. He said something came up and can't do it and told me to find someone else. It is very irresponsible. I had someone else be there to meet with him. Now i have to find someone else starting all over....

  This David is a clown. I got a his name from my combi water tank's licensed contractor list. Called him, he came to the house, did something to the instant water heater, told me he fixed the issue. Charged me $295, for 30 minutes of "work". Unfortuantely, when tenant got home that night, they told me there is still not hot water. So I called him back. That's when things got interesting, I wanted to see if he can come back out to take another look and fix the issues. He told me "just because I paid him, I don't owe him." out of nowhere, in which I responded, I agreed. I just wanted a few minutes of his time to figure out the issue and get the hot water back. Then he started blaming everything else and trying to "educate" me about plumbing. As interesting as that is to me, I do also want the problem to be fixed, and he was obviously just making excuses for himself. When I asked him if the issue was igniter, because that's what the error code says on the heater when I called him yesterday

  0 Stars, I NEVER write reviews NEVER !!! What a con artist ! horrible nightmare experience ! Mr. Leak David said he will come by take a look at my shower leak NO CHARGE unless we agree to do the work. As he was looking at the shower valve he started taking it apart piece by piece without saying a word. At the end he says There's a leak there and it will cost $425 I said Ill speak to my husband thank you and will get back to you. He then proceeded to ask for a service charge of $125..00 bc he took time to unscrew the valve. And while he was unscrewing the valve I was right there and he said nothing about that this was going to cost me $125. what a sneak , making sure he gets something before leaving and I refused to pay him bc that was not our agreement. He left without putting my shower valve back together ! That Old Hungry Unprofessional that takes advantage of good people !!!!
