  We needed deck floor boards, top rails and steps replaced and had 4 contractors provide quotes. Drinitech had very fair pricing plus great reviews and their work reflects their high review ratings. Lavdi started on schedule and took his time and it's reflected in his quality work. He dealt with rain interruptions by waiting it out and returning once the showers let up - within the same day. He was organized and thoroughly cleaned up. He communicated throughout the work schedule. He provided options to better reinforce the deck foundation - things clearly present that you couldn't see until the old floorboards were removed. And he gave a fair price to include in project. We recommend him and would use him again for future jobs.

  Lavdi and his team did an incredible job fixing our storm-damaged deck!<br><br>Out of all the contractors we spoke to, Lavdi stood out immediately. His pricing was very reasonable, and unlike other companies that kept giving vague answers about potential "hidden fees" (like claiming they wouldn't know the full cost until demolition), Lavdi took the time to explain every detail with real confidence.<br><br>He was completely honest, human, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the process.<br><br>On top of that, the material and color combination he recommended for the deck turned out absolutely gorgeous!<br><br>When it came to the actual work, the 3 crew members he brought were absolute rockstars--so kind, hard-working, respectful, and professional.<br><br>As a side bonus, our house is on the smaller side and we have an indoor cat, so we were worried about workers going in and out for days.<br><br>But Lavdi's team wrapped up the entire job in just ONE day, much faster than expected

  Lavdi and his team were fantastic. He was honest, explained everything up front and there were no surprises. He was extremely punctual, kept to schedule and always communicated with me his status and schedule. I highly recommend him for your next project.

  Lavdi did an excellent job on our deck. He was very professional worked in a timely manner cleaned up everything beautiful and had the job completed much quicker than we anticipated. I would hire this guy again for any other things we need done around the house, he gets an A+ plus plus rating. Thank you Lavdi For an excellent job well done.
