  SLOW is an understatement<br>You'll have to order an hour in advance and be prepared to have the wrong bread, missing toppings and lackluster stack of deli meat. Worse JM in Hackensack

  I entered the jersey mikes to purchase my lunch I ordered turkey and swiss on a regular roll. While waiting the young lady who was preparing the sandwiches gave me a nasty look after instructed to assemble my sandwich. While waiting the same young lady did not began to prepare or attempt to make my sandwich instead she began serving the next customer. It appeared to me a ethical thing due to me looking different then everyone else. At this time due to the nasty looks I received from the young lady preparing the food I explained to the young man that I did not want the food and informed him it had nothing to do with him. This is unacceptable from jersey mikes as I frequent the establishment often this location needs a lesson or two on professionalism and how to deal with the public

  If you pregnant DO NOT come to this location !!! I tried to order a turkey and cheese sandwich & asked if the turkey can be warmed up for me being as though I am pregnant and the worker said " NO , we don't do that here ! " I'm completely confused because there is another location nearby have done it for me prior!!!! I spent time out of my lunch break to get here to be let down !!! Highly disappointed !!!

  <br><br>Stopped by Jersey Mike's Subs in Hackensack and had another fantastic experience! The sandwiches were made fresh right in front of me with quality ingredients, perfectly sliced meats, crisp toppings, and soft, fresh bread. Everything was prepared exactly how I ordered it, and every bite was packed with flavor.<br><br>The staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently even during a busy time. It's always great to see a team that takes pride in both the food and the customer experience.<br><br>If you're looking for a fresh, delicious sub with great service, this location is definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
