  Please do not use him for any civil service appeals. He charge me $4000 and then told me the Town could deny it because they do not need to take the civil service test. It took me one minute to Google that and as a lawyer, he should've known that from the start. He refuses to answer any of my emails regarding the status to appeal that. I now have to pursue him with a higher court to either find out if he's doing his job or he just took my money. after two years of no answers And no response from him I am out of that money.

  Mr.prigoff and his team are amazing. They r very professional and very well educated with the workings of civil service. He has been in business for the last 40 years and is an expert with appealing civil service. I highly recommend contacting him if you have to appeal civil service. It was long process but he kept me updated along the way and won my appeal i e since been hired and would not have the career I have now if it wasn't for him and his team. Thank u guys again!

  I want to say thank you for everything that you did and help me with. you made this process easier for me. And this is to anyone thinking about doing this It is a very costly investment, but it's for a career that you believe in and you want to pursue. I highly recommend doing it never give up. This law form is the one to go with

  Lebson & Prigoff are the best! I had a civil service appeal and going into it I didn't know how to go about it. Most lawyers I contacted weren't sure how the process for civil service appeals worked. When I spoke with Michael at Lebson and Prigoff he knew exactly what had to be done and they have many years experience of dealing with civil service appeals. It was a huge relief to find them and they fully understood and guided me through the process. These guys are experts when it comes to civil service appeals. It can be nerve wracking when trying to deal with civil service and fight for your career. These guys made me feel like I was in great hands which came to find out I definitely was. They know the steps and the process like the back of their hand. They're very professional, down to earth, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Some lawyers will tell you anything just to get your money. Where these guys aren't like that they are honest, and transparent about the entire process
