Jeff did a great job cleaning my Napoleon grill and getting it ready for the season. Helped me sort out a couple of issues with it as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend hiring him for grill maintenance!

Jeff was responsive, efficient and very diligent in cleaning our very dirty grill! He replied right away to our request, came a few days later and gave a full run down of all he did. SO happy that we found him, he's the best- would definitely recommend!

So happy we found Jeff at The BBQ Cleaner. He was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and showed up exactly on time. He was very neat, organized, and clearly takes pride in his work. This wasn't a quick spray-and-wipe job -- he tackled every greasy corner with real attention to detail. What really impressed me was that he fixed a few issues with the grill that I didn't even ask him to look at -- just did it as a bonus. He's very knowledgeable about his craft, explained what he was doing, and gave helpful maintenance tips. After heavy use, the grill looks and operates like new. I live in the five boroughs, and he came all the way from New Jersey and did the periodic maintenance outdoors in the winter without hesitation. That level of professionalism is rare. We'll definitely be using him for periodic maintenance and would highly recommend him.
