Erica is a skilled Reiki master not just for humans, but also as a companion animal healer. From the moment she walked into our first session with my cats, an immediate sense of calm filled the room. With genuine care and attentiveness, she shared what I can only call her rare gift for tuning into exactly how to channel their energies - one being very active in need of calm and balance, the other very nervous in need of comfort and grounding.<br>She created a safe, nurturing space where healing felt effortless and natural.<br><br>What sets Erica apart is not just her skill as a Reiki practitioner, but the warmth, empathy, and intention she brings to every interaction.

Going to reiki over the last several years has really made me have a deeper understanding about myself and the universe around me. Erica has really changed my life in the best way. Not only does she help me but being able to share this experience with my 3 fur babies has been incredible. We all have a bond that goes so deep we understand each other better. My dog Dallas and I seem to share the same spirit. He knows when I'm upset or happy or stressed and I know what he wants by just looking in his eyes. We are endlessly grateful for Erica, for her heart, and for the difference she has made in our lives. She cared for our dog, Hana, with such gentleness, intention, and love that every visit became something special. She intuitively knows how to soothe Hana's energy with Reiki, especially as she grows older. As Erica focuses on Reiki for service animals, she is stepping into her true calling. I had such a wonderful experience working with Erica and Just for Pause. Her gentle, calming approach to Reiki made an immediate difference for me and my pet. Over the next few days, I noticed he was calmer, sleeping better, and overall more at ease.<br><br>The practitioner was compassionate, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about animal well-being. They took the time to understand our needs and explained the process in a way that made me feel completely comfortable.
