  2026 edit: it's no longer as good as before. Soft serve is now watered down. Less creamy and way more icy. Same for the flushing location. Stopped going to them anymore.<br><br>I highly recommend Matcha Cafe Maiko in Fort Lee for its outstanding matcha soft serve. The cafe's matcha-flavored treat is truly exceptional. The soft serve has a rich and creamy texture, coupled with a robust and authentic matcha flavor that will delight any matcha lover.<br><br>The presentation of the matcha soft serve is also impressive, with a beautiful vibrant green color that instantly catches your eye.   While they do use cermemonial matcha, if you're a PLANT MILK person YOU HAVE BETTER OPTIONS ELSEWHERE at cafes that use cleaner Oat milks like Oatly or MALK or ELMHURST.<br><br>They use JUNK milks to combine the drink with (Planet Oat milk) filled with inflammatory seed oil (toxic fat), gums, stabilisers, sugar. You're better off using regular millk + sugar.<br><br>There's also mllk powder in their slushies even if you get it made with Oat. Loaded with sugars and processed ingredients too.<br><br>The matcha soft serve isn't too creamy if you like that.

  I am obsessed with the matcha soft serve ice cream. It is so nice to be able to find a place that has unique flavors besides the standard chocolate and vanilla.
