Tom is an absolute gem, and I would buy another house just to work with him again!<br><br>As first time homebuyers, we expected the process to be stressful and overwhelming, but Tom made it feel unbelievably easy. He explained every step, made sure we knew what to expect, and was always available to answer questions. He connected us with an amazing attorney and home inspectors and kept our lender, title company, and attorney on the same page the entire time.<br><br>Tom has an incredible depth of knowledge about real estate and answered questions we had about plumbing and HVAC systems to general home maintenance. He also knew what to look out for during inspections, and pointed out things such as radon mitigation and oil tank removals.<br><br>Even on closing day, Tom was taking measurements of our kitchen and floor plan and connecting us with multiple contractors so we could get renovation price quotes.<br><br>We recommend him without hesitation! Buying in North Jersey is so intense even after previously buying and selling 3 homes in Texas. Thomas is the 3rd realtor we attempted to buy a Bergen county home with and we could not have done it without him.
