I came here 3 times and i realized they automatically charge 10% TIP. Only kiosk order, and pick up and return yourself. Second floor is smell weird and bath room is dirty and smelly too. There food is not bad, but too expensive.

From the outside, it feels like you're being transported to Asia. Once you step inside, it's where the amazement and intrigue turns into disappointment.<br><br>There's 2 kiosks to order from and 2 floors for inside seating. Also a few table outside. All the drinks and desserts are so visually appealing but the taste leaves much to be desired. I got the creme brulee matcha latte, paid $1 for unsweetened matcha, not realizing it meant 0 sugar as some places use sweetened matcha. Not sure why they couldn't just do 0/50/100. I paid $10 for a drink that tastes like milk with a hint of matcha. The injeolmi madeleine did not taste like injeolmi at all. The black sesame yagwa was rock hard. My friend got the mugwort scone, which started off good but got drier with each bite. Thankfully, there was butter.<br><br>Have no complaints about the service.
