  I did not receive the haircut I asked for. I showed my stylist an inspiration video and spent a few minutes explaining in English what I like/hate. He said okay to everything, but over halfway through, when I tried to stop him from doing something I said I didn't want, he said he didn't speak English well and kept going.<br><br>* I specifically said I hate V-shaped hair and asked for U-shaped (like the video showed). He gave me V-shape.<br>* I asked for layers and only 4 inches off the length, even holding up my hair to show the exact length I wanted cut off. He cut 12 inches off (I measured). My hair was originally hip-length and is now mid-breast length.<br>* I asked for no thinning because I like my hair thick but he thinned it (this is where I tried to stop him and he said he doesnt speak english well)<br>* I asked for my bangs to be a little shorter than my chin. They ended up 2-3 inches under my chin.<br><br>Although he cuts hair well, I ended up with the opposite of everything I

  Justin did such an amazing job and took great care of my hair. As someone who's usually scared to go to hair salons because of past bad experiences, he exceeded my expectations. I went to get my hair done for my graduation, and he absolutely nailed it. I'm so happy with how it turned out!
