  As someone who's been immersed in personal development for over 20 years--as a student and a mindset coach myself--I knew there were blindspots I needed to be more aware of within the context of my marriage. Specifically, how to better understand and manage my emotions, and to sharpen the skill of expressing myself more effectively.<br><br>Coach Rances brought his A-game into every session and held the space with clarity, presence, and provided us with practical tools that actually work. My wife and I came in during a rocky period for us, bumping heads on a weekly basis. Coach Rances helped us slow down, truly see each other, and build a better way forward. His coaching style isn't about fluff or hype--it is grounded, insightful, and immediately applicable. I'm deeply grateful for his guidance and highly recommend him to any couple ready to fight for each other... and any man ready to up-level his mastery of self.

  Everything about this place screams growth and community. I went to a workshop that was hosted by Rancis and Moises and left feeling empowered and abundant. They allowed me to understand all concepts that were being discussed in such a beautiful way. I'm really looking forward to doing more work with them in the future. If you're looking for change and self-development you don't want to go anywhere else. Vida Project is where you need to be!

  I first went to VidaProject in the fall of 2018, mostly out of curiosity and to try a new fitness class. The class I took was Movement Arts and I was pleasantly surprised at how great I felt afterwards! We began class with some joint mobility to prepare our bodies for the more rigorous part of class which included exercises that I would describe as a combination of calisthenics, martial arts, and strength training all in one. I got a great workout (a little sweaty!) and most importantly I didn't feel any knee pain that I was used to getting after a workout. I believe the mobility exercises were the magic ingredient I had been missing in other fitness classes I had taken in the past.<br><br>To top it off, the owners Rances and Moises are so passionate about helping their clients.   This will be a journey like nothing you've ever experienced before!!<br>The entire staff literally takes what they do and what they do with you to the very depths of there abilities.<br>From the way they communicate the process of a task and the intricate details of it. To the way they help you throughout that task, all culminating in your journeys fulfillment.<br>If you're seriously interested in self development physically, mentally and emotionally. This is one of the very best places to begin that process.
