  ***Be Aware Of My Experience*** The new owners of the house I sold in Bergen county New Jersey They used Foundation Title Co. in Hackensack, NJ I Sold my house September 5th 2025 I was due an $2,500 Inheritance tax refund. They were keeping in escrow. I spoke w/ Jaime multiple times only to be told to call 1- The state of New Jersey 2- Call your attorney 3- Call Bergen County clerks office 4- Call your realtor Finally I received my way overdue check June 25th 2026 this means I waited 9 months & 5 days. Thank goodness I didn't need the money for a mortgage or insurance payment. I would never use them after (What I Was Made To Go Through)

Jamie P and Dita have made the process super streamlined and have promptly answered my emails/questions allowing for a smooth and quick loan process.   I've worked with Ed Dobres and Foundation title on many real estate transactions and it's always been a great experience for us and our clients. I know when Ed is working on us for a deal we will be in good shape. He gets things done and solves problems quickly and effectively if needed.   Foundation Title provides efficient and comprehensive title service on all of their transactions. From start to finish, both Ed and Nina are available for any questions. Their knowledge of title insurance and the priority to meet deadlines are top notch. I have used them many times and it is always a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend Foundation Title for all of your title needs.

  I love working with Ed Dobres @ Foundation Title and his team (Nina, Ali and Sheila). As an attorney, it is critical to have the right title company assisting you with a transaction when things go awry. I recently had a transaction that no one else would insure due to some title complications. Ed and his team came through and saved the deal that was on life support. There are thousands of title companies out there but very few that would go the extra mile. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
