  I booked a tour for a rental listed on their website, and I received text messages from an AI chat bot that said I will be contacted to confirm the tour. Days later that never happened, which I find is very unprofessional. Also when I asked for a phone number to contact a realtor, the AI bot gave me the building address...

  This place does not operate like a proper real estate office at all. They don't answer the phone, and the ones who do have no idea what's going on. I would never work with them for a rental. Damn it, because of them I even missed out on better rental apartments. If I owned a property, I would never trust them with it. Staying away from this place is the best choice.

  Ridgeco was the builder of one of the new townhouse development areas. The project manager over there was not great at all. Their sub almost change the whole kitchen layout from what was on the site plan. I had to call Ridgeco for them to know what was going on.<br><br>We also had agreed to put in the grass in a mulched area (in the contract) but they never did. Ive called them numerous times and left voicemails, but there was no return call.<br><br>Please don't work with these guys. They develop a good amount of homes in Bergen county...if you are going to work with them, dont buy their homes that have not been finished yet. Terrible service.

  Matt Putnam represented me during my purchasing process for a new duplex. He is one of the most effective agents that I've work with. He was very responsive and always made me feel like he had my interest as a top priority. During the offer process, he facilitated a quick negotiation; literally overnight we had an agreed upon price. Through delays on the seller attorney's side during buying process, Matt was always responsive to my questions and consistently / timely provided updates, even unprompted. Even though Matt also represented the seller, never did I feel like there was any bias in terms of his agency. I always thought he had my interest in mind and that he took a very balanced approach to representation. This is a SIGNIFICANT point of differentiation between him and other agents that I've worked with.
