I normally have a regular mechanic, but I came here because it was Saturday around 3:10 p.m., they were listed as being open until 5:00 p.m., and I had an emergency.<br><br>My car would randomly fail to start even though it has a brand-new battery and a new key fob battery. I explained the issue to the staff, who were polite, but everyone, including the mechanics, seemed to be standing around and no one appeared to be working on vehicles at the time.<br><br>After I explained the problem, another person, who I believe was the owner, came over. He listened briefly and immediately told me the car would need to be completely rewired and that I should come back on Monday. I explained that I needed the car for work on Monday and asked if he could at least take a look at it, but he said no. No one ever inspected the vehicle.<br><br>I then drove to Firestone, where they actually looked at the car. Within five minutes they found that a connection was loose, tightened it, and the problem was fix

After a frustrating experience with another mechanic who gave me inaccurate advice and nearly cost me a lot of money on unnecessary repairs for my Jeep, I was fortune enough to find Eliya Auto Repair. It is very clear they know what they are doing and took time to explain the issue and what actually happened. Their honesty saved me both time and money.
