John O came to tow my '89 Jeep wrangler because the brakes had gone out. He taught me how to us the parking brake as a surrogate and was super cool about it when I stalled out twice! (Confusing with that left foot for brake and clutch! I would start to roll, panic, then stall ). John was gracious and helpful throughout. As he put it "it's no problem, at least you stopped". Five stars!
