Love,Kip, I do chair aerobics with Janette Tues and Thursday and am in a Creative Writing class weekly. Great stimulating place to be. A lot of friendships to meet and greet. Lunches great and, people coming in explaining things to us seniors. Nurse on board Wed and Thursday, great entertainment. Come and join the Kip Center. Louise

A few weeks ago tried my first group aerobic class. Was nervous at first but very quickly was welcomed by all. Janette is a fantastic instructor who motivates our class, is very energetic and has a great play list too, how cool is that! She really knows how to get us to reach our fitness goals not only physically but mentally . Janette keeps us consistent with a routine as well as having alittle fun with the girls. Thanks Janette keep going!!!
