On Sunday 8/30, there were 4-5 of the $2.75 washers out of service. The last time I went about a month ago, the change machine wasn't working. I prefer this laundromat since it's the closest to home and affordable, but the maintenance is lacking.

Hi Ashley. We appreciate your review. I completely understand your frustration. We have had great difficulty hiring mechanics to repair said items. We now do it ourselves but sometimes it gets away from us.<br>We will certainly try to do better. And as always, we appreciate your patronage.

I'm giving a 4-star rating for service because the attendants are incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I am docking 2 stars because, despite notifying management and owners for over a month the fire alarm still has a dead battery and chirps consistently. This is not only annoying but creates an unsafe environment.

I've been paying to have my clothes washed and usually give a 30% tip, but for the past few weeks I've noticed that some of my shirts -- which cost over $50 each -- have been coming back with stains they didn't have before. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

They do a great job with drop off service, and are quick too. I appreciate that they don't use heavily fragranced products.
